How to Order/Payment Options

We accept: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover Card, and Google Checkout. You may also pay with a Personal check or Money order denominated in U.S. dollars. 

 You have 4 ordering options below:

1. Order and Pay entirely online using our SECURE SERVER via Google Checkout (the fastest method)
Shop throughout our store and place the items you wish to purchase into your shopping cart. Remember, you may change the quantity of any item in your shopping cart, as well as remove it completely, at any time.

When you have completed all of your shopping, simply click on the  fill out and submit the online order form including your credit card number and expiration date, plus all the necessary billing and shipping information. You will only need to do this once. Google will create an account for use on websites all accross the web. You will then receive an Order Confirmation Number to which you can refer. Be sure to include your daytime phone number and E-mail address so that we can contact you with any questions regarding your order. 

2. Order and Pay entirely online using our SECURE SERVER via ProPay:
If you prefer not to pay by Google Checkout, click on the Checkout button next to Continue Shopping on the cart page. Then select money order as your payment method. In the notes section let us know you are paying by Propay, and submit your order. You will be emailed an invoice through ProPay.  **No account sign up required.**

3. Order online BUT pay by Fax with credit card:
If you prefer not to put your Credit Card Number online into one of  our SECURE Transaction Servers, you can Fax us your order. Simply complete and submit your full order online by choosing the pay by money order option. In the notes section let us know you will be faxing your order. Once you complete and submit the online form, you will be given an Order Confirmation Number, please include this along with your Credit Card and billing information. Our Local Delivery page has an easy print form you can fill out and fax to: (413) 473-9850

4. Order online BUT pay by Personal Check or Money Order:
If you prefer to pay with a Personal Check or Money Order you may do so. Simply complete and submit your full order online and select, pay by check or money order on the order form. Once you complete and submit the online form, you will be given an Order Confirmation Number. Then simply mail us a Personal Check or Money Order made payable to scentsecrets.com for the full amount of your order.

Return Policy

Orders can be returned up to 14 days after the ship date for a full refund minus shipping and gift wrap charges. If you would like to return a product from your order simply send the unopened product back to the address below in its original sealed packaging. You can expect a refund within one billing cycle of our receiving your returned product. If shipping was free for your order it will be deducted from the credit we apply to your credit card. Please note, we do not accept returns for cosmetics and skincare items due to health reasons, please make your selections carefully. Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless we made an error. Sales Tax
State laws require that we charge applicable sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in the state of New York and Missouri only. All orders outside of New York and Missouri will not be charged.
